Ashton Gillespie has joined TM Capital as a Vice President on the firm’s Financial Sponsor Coverage team in New York. We are excited about Ashton joining TM Capital as we continue to grow our sell-side business with private equity sponsors.

Ashton Gillespie joins TM Capital from Deloitte Corporate Finance where she led sponsor coverage for the U.S. practice. In addition to Sponsor Coverage, Ashton supported the expansion of The Entrepreneur Summit, Deloitte’s Middle Market private company conference. Under her leadership, the Entrepreneur Summit grew from three countries to eleven countries on four continents. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ashton co-founded SunKissed Girl Activewear, a sun-protective activewear company, with her mother.

Ashton graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a B.S. in Management & Leadership.
