Based in Denmark, Bloomingville markets its products under the Bloomingville and Day Birger et Mikkelsen Home brands which are sold in thousands of independent retail storefronts and premier department stores across Europe
Creative Co-Op is one of the largest players in the US gift and home accessories industry, dedicated to servicing the independent retail channel; the Company also has an extensive network of distributors across Asia and Europe as well as multiple branded storefronts throughout China
TM Capital previously served as financial advisor to Creative Co-Op in its recapitalization led by Eureka Growth Capital
