Michael was a founding partner of TM Capital, joining with his colleagues to establish the firm in 1989. He has been responsible for some of TM Capital’s most complex merger, acquisition, and financing transactions for publicly traded and private client companies, and has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous public and private companies.
Michael is co-head of TM Capital’s Healthcare practice, and has led transactions across key healthcare sectors including medical device technology, contract medical device manufacturing, diagnostics, healthcare distribution, veterinary products and services, behavioral health, and outsourced healthcare services.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
The experience of helping build and grow TM Capital from its founding through its recent sale to Janney Montgomery Scott has given Michael valuable perspective on the opportunities and issues seen by entrepreneurs as they build and consider the potential sale of their businesses.
Michael is a long-time resident of Bronxville, NY, and currently serves as Chairman of the Bronxville Planning Board. He enjoys cycling, tennis, paddle tennis, skiing and kayaking, together with the cultural opportunities of New York City and international travel.
