Brad Goldstein is a Vice President at TM Capital LLC and is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries. Brad has over six years of finance and transaction-related experience.
He has completed numerous sell-side, buy-side and financing engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and entrepreneur-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the automotive, consumer and business services sectors. Prior to joining TM, Brad was an investment banking analyst in the diversified industrials and services group at Piper Sandler. Prior to Piper Sandler, Brad was an associate in the assurance practice at Deloitte.
Brad is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business where he received both his B.B.A. in Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Brad lives in the Sandy Springs neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife, Danielle, and young daughter. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, golf, chess and cheering on the back-to-back national champion Georgia Bulldogs.
