Matt Rosenthal is a Director at TM Capital LLC, where he oversees transaction execution across all facets of the deal process. He provides M&A advisory services to private-equity owned and privately-held clients in industries such as Specialty Distribution, Niche Manufacturing, Building Products, Engineered Products, and various Industrial and other ‘Blue-Collar’ Services sectors. With over two dozen successful transactions, Matt has cultivated a deep knowledge of the key value drivers for the companies he advises. He is relentless in his commitment to advocating for his clients’ needs, working to understand their unique objectives to deliver successful results for all stakeholders.
Before joining TM Capital, Matt gained valuable experience in the Services & Industrial investment banking group at Piper Sandler and the Commercial & Industrials investment banking group at BB&T Capital Markets / Truist.
Matt graduated from the University of Richmond in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a CFA Charterholder.
A Denver native, Matt now resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife, three daughters, and their two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys running, watching soccer, reading, and has a passion for travel, which he cultivated during his time living abroad in London.
