Andy Krna has been named Vice President. Andy joined TM Capital’s New York office in 2012 and has made countless contributions to the TM team, taking part in C.B. Fleet’s acquisition by Gryphon, SeaWorld’s Repurchase of Common Stock and many other notable firm transactions.  As Vice Presdient, Andy is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries and coordinating all aspects of the deal process. Andy has over 7 years of finance and consulting experience, working with both established and start-up companies on a wide variety of transactions. Prior to joining TM, Andy was an Associate with Accordion Partners, a financial services firm that provides on-site interim deal professionals to investment banks, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, venture capital firms, start-up companies, and corporate M&A departments. Andy received a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
