New York, NY – October 15, 2013 – The M&A Advisor has announced the finalists for the 12th Annual M&A Advisor Awards, recognizing the leading dealmakers, firms and transactions of the year. TM Capital is pleased to have been selected as a finalist in four award categories for deals including Miner Holding Company’s Acquisition by CI Capital Partners, the Acquisition of TechHealth, Inc. by One Call Care Management, and the Acquisition of IBI, LLC by Global Power Equipment Group Inc. Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala on Tuesday, December 17th in New York City.
