Ashton Gillespie

Ashton Gillespie is a Vice President at TM Capital, based out of our New York office. Ashton is part of the firm’s Sponsor Coverage team where she is responsible for supporting and growing the firm’s business with private equity firms. Ashton joined TM from Deloitte Corporate Finance where she led sponsor coverage for the U.S. practice. In addition to Sponsor Coverage, Ashton supported the expansion of The Entrepreneur Summit, Deloitte’s Middle Market private company conference. Under her leadership, the Entrepreneur Summit grew from three countries to eleven countries on four continents. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ashton co-founded SunKissed Girl Activewear, a sun-protective activewear company, with her mother.

Ashton graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a B.S. in Management & Leadership.

Currently, Ashton is part of the ACG NY Women of Leadership Committee and co-chairs the Private Equity Outreach Committee for DealMAX.

Outside of work, Ashton enjoys watching rehearsals for the American Ballet Theater, hosting friends for RummiKub, and needlepointing. Ashton has lived in Japan and South Africa and has traveled to 45 countries.
