Josh Mastracci is a Managing Director at TM Capital and is responsible for transaction origination and execution across the firm’s healthcare services practice.
Josh has extensive experience completing transactions across key healthcare services sectors including multi-site provider services and consumer healthcare.
His transaction experience includes traditional physician practice management specialties and facilities, behavioral health, aesthetic medicine, and post-acute.
Josh holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College; a J.D. from Tulane University; FINRA Series 24, 79, and 63 licenses; and is a member of The Florida Bar.
