Josh Mastracci is a Director at TM Capital LLC and is responsible for transaction execution across the firm’s healthcare practice, including all aspects of the deal process.
Josh joined TM Capital in 2024 and has a broad range of transaction experience across services sectors, including sell-side transactions and debt and equity financings.
Josh holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, a J.D. from Tulane University, is a member of The Florida Bar, and previously worked for a Southeast-based boutique.
Josh lives in Tampa with his wife, Catherine, and outside of work enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, and is involved in the Valspar Championship’s charitable organization.
