Josh Mastracci is a Director at TM Capital LLC and is responsible for transaction execution across the firm’s healthcare practice, including all aspects of the deal process.
Josh has extensive experience completing transactions across key healthcare services sectors including physician practice management, ambulatory surgery centers, and pharmaceutical services. His practice management transaction expertise includes the execution of highly complex transactions creating new managed service organizations for large physician-owned groups, health systems, and facilities aggregators in partnership with publicly traded strategic entities, public equity funds, and private equity funds in specialties including orthopedics, interventional pain, anesthesia, physical therapy, and primary care. In pharmaceutical services, he has advised specialty pharmaceutical companies in both the human and animal health markets focused on research and development, manufacturing (branded and generic), clinical trials, packaging, and dispensing.
Josh holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, a J.D. from Tulane University, and is a member of The Florida Bar.
