Acxiom Divests 2Touch to Parseq
TM Capital, along with our M&A International partner, Cavendish Corporate Finance Ltd., served as financial advisor to Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM) in negotiating the cross-border divestiture of 2Touch Ltd. to UK-based Parseq plc. Acxiom, with revenues of over $1 billion, is an enterprise data, analytics and software-as-a-service company that drives data-driven marketing results for corporate clients worldwide. 2Touch, a subsidiary of Acxiom, is a premier UK-based technology-enabled outsourcing service provider. Acxiom divested 2Touch to Parseq, a comprehensive, PE backed, European business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider, as part of its strategy to focus on growing its core marketing technology business.
Xpanxion Acquired by UST Global
TM Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Xpanxion, LLC in its sale to UST Global, Inc., a leading provider of IT Services and Solutions for Global 1000 companies. Xpanxion is an outsourced product development (OPD) provider that delivers a robust suite of software engineering, quality assurance, business intelligence and mobile development services to a roster of long-term customers, ranging from independent software vendors to Fortune 100 companies. This acquisition enhances UST Global’s software engineering, QA and testing capabilities while significantly expanding its presence in the rapidly growing, US-based rural sourcing segment of the larger IT outsourcing industry.
Glasshouse Divests Assets to Signature Technology Group
TM Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Glasshouse Technologies, Inc., assisting the company in the divestiture of its assets in a series of transactions to strategic parties, including Signature Technology Group. Glasshouse is a global provider of IT infrastructure services, delivering a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to assist customers in navigating the complexities of data center virtualization, storage and cloud technologies. Signature Technology Group, a privately held data center maintenance, professional services and hardware and software solutions provider, acquired the majority of Glasshouse’s US assets, bolstering its capabilities in high-end infrastructure consulting and expanding its geographic footprint.
