Anthony Giorgio is a Managing Director and leads the firm’s Specialty Chemicals and Materials practice, TM Catalyst.
Anthony has spent the majority of his career in the specialty chemical industry. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Anthony founded and ran CIM Partners, a leading, boutique M&A firm focused on the specialty chemicals and materials industry. At CIM Partners, Anthony led multiple complex, cross-border acquisition and divestiture transactions for a broad variety of clients, including leading private equity investors, global chemical companies and family-owned entrepreneurs.
Prior to founding CIM Partners in 2011, Anthony worked in multiple, senior transaction roles in the chemical industry. Anthony was an Operating Director with Arsenal Capital, a private equity investor focused on chemicals, industrials and life sciences, and VP of Corporate Development for ISP (now Ashland), a global, specialty chemical company.
Anthony’s prior experience also includes M&A banking roles at Merrill Lynch and TM Capital, where he started his career as an Analyst.
Anthony is a graduate of the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology Program of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science and a BS in Finance from the Wharton School. Anthony also has an MBA from Columbia University.
Anthony lives in Westchester, NY with his wife and children.
